Each season Maternal Circle brings women, birthing people and new parents together with a range of experienced and knowledgable perinatal professionals.
Our workshops cover topics such as yoga, nutrition, birth plans, mental health, pelvic floor health, sleep support, hypnobirthing, with the opportunity to ask questions in an open and supportive space.
Maternal Circle workshops have the most amazing professionals all in one place. They fill the gaps normal antenatal classes don't talk about because how can one person possibly know everything.
